Grant Writing Workshop- Six days of hands-on grant writing instruction led by NSF program officer Dr. Leslie Rissler. This workshop is geared toward early career faculty, postdocs, and senior graduate students who want to learn strategies, styles, and structures to improve their grant proposals. The workshop will involve discussions and writing sessions based on participants’ own proposal ideas.
Evolutionary Biology Graduate Student Workshop- This six-day workshop is led by Dr. Amanda Gibson (UVA) and is designed for early-stage graduate students. It will stress deep thinking about evolutionary biology questions that most excite the participants. Exploration, discussion, and writing about ideas will form the core of the workshop.
