Open, off-season

Limited housing available. Water turned off in lab buildings. Visits by appointment or reservation only. Road may be impacted by winter weather. Please check with staff before attempting to travel to the Station. 

Mountain Lake is a remote residential facility. We are committed to providing a safe living and working environment year-round. On occasion we need to restrict access or impose regulations on station users. Any special operations, procedures, or station regulations (e.g. seasonal, severe weather closure, emergency on site) will be posted here as quickly as we are able.
